Full demolition of existing single-story branch and construction of new structure from foundations up. New building is 16,000 SF, two-story branch featuring large courtyard and multiple “green roof” areas with extensive landscaping, to be used as an environmental learning center for local schools. Project received LEED Gold certification. Scope includes full building cladding system with a mix of wood, GFRC, and metal panels, major curtain wall installation, fully automated Lutron controls system, and installation of rooftop standby generator.
