Abatement and demolition of two former convent buildings and construction of new structure from foundation, consisting of dewatering, underpinning, drilled piles, including a subterranean automated car parking system. Reinforced concrete superstructure. New building will be a 39,000 SF, 33-unit multifamily building featuring amenity-rich common spaces and ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom and high-end kitchens.  Building envelope includes imported Danish custom masonry, high-efficiency windows, atriums and public assembly areas. The apartments are supported by state-of-the-art fully interior “split-system” heating & cooling technology, and a heat pump-fed domestic hot water system.
