Renovation of the 40k sf former DIA art museum in Chelsea, Manhattan. Work included installation of new gallery-grade track lighting throughout, new plywood backed partitions, base reveal throughout, 1/4” reveal bead at gallery and showroom entrances, oversized wood doors, (1) fully functioning “Roth Bar” for daily lunch service and events, two (2) kitchenettes, floor leveling, electrical upgrades and a design-build mechanical system augmenting the existing infrastructure.
