Interior gut renovation to create new office spaces for the Safety and Design & Construction departments. Complex relocation of fire alarm system monitoring equipment to enable safety director to monitor fire alarm status of all buildings on the Memorial Sloan-Kettering campus. Modifications and additions to M/E/P systems. Installation of DIRTT custom cabinetry, wall system and specialized lighting system with color change and intensity control options.
