New York City Center – Studio Upgrades

Renovation of large (3,000 SF) Rehearsal Studios on 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th Floors. In all three studios installed new HVAC units and rebalanced air to upgrade airflow, rewired existing light fixtures and upgraded lighting controls systems, repainted walls and ceilings. Scope included major renovation of support space for all studios – lobbies, stretching rooms and bathrooms, as well as construction of new back of house space for storage and new Porter’s Lounge.
