This is the first expansion at this institution in 35 years. Enclosure of a loggia on Fifth Avenue with monumental bronze and glass in vertical cantilever. Work included bluestone floor, custom doors and windows, custom light fixtures, excavation and foundation work, radiant heating, 40 tons of supplemental precision climate control, and electric service upgrade.
