Rehabilitation of existing 22 story fire stair. Fully enclose stair in tarped scaffolding to allow access and to condition the area for work through winter. Strip away rust and lead paint using chemical cleaners and grinders. Make structural repairs throughout entire run of stair, then repaint all.
Also work in a consulting capacity to oversee existing Cycle 8 Local Law 11 work being performed by AM&G Waterproofing (Lawless & Mangione Architects). Meet weekly with client to advise them of job progress after site walks with contractor. Have begun pre-construction phase for upcoming Cycle 9 work, to begin in 2021.
