All work occurred around the critical and sensitive operations of The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and wsj.com. An interruption in service that could cause the The Wall Street Journal not to be published would have been catastrophic. CMc

Preparation for and installation of unique stained glass ceiling, mosaic ceilings, curved display wall, bathrooms, water elements and extensive electrical work all conducted in the lobby while traffic continued in and out of the building. CMc

The Morgan Library & Museum - HVAC Modernization Project (1995-1996)

Replacement of existing chillers and electrical service, installation of nine new air handlers, extensive ductwork, DDC controls to provide class 2000 precision climate control. Work included rooftop additions and exterior restoration and roofing. Institution remained open to the public during construction. CMc

The Frick Collection - HVAC Modernization Project (1992-1994)
