St. Luke’s School COVID Upgrades

ABA Studio

Updates to existing school building to prepare for students returning in person in the fall semester. The scope of work was largely divided into two parts. The first portion of scope included splitting what was previously a large music room into two smaller classrooms to facilitate smaller class sizes. This included new electrical and AV and required adapting existing ductwork and adding new lines to provide fresh air to both new classrooms. The second portion of scope was outfitting a new health space for the school to adequately isolate any potentially COVID-19 infected students or staff from the rest of the school population. This included new isolation booths, millwork, doors, and windows and the installation of a new split system with extensive ductwork in the space to enable frequent air exchanges.
